CineMate uses The Movie Database (TMDB) API to provide movie data. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. All movie data, images, and metadata are provided by TMDB. CineMate is not responsible for the accuracy or availability of TMDB data.

4. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for their use of CineMate. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the platform.
